Terms of Service
Last updated: July 19, 2026
This page is maintained by the VendorTally team to describe the terms of using the app. It is app-owned editable content and is not a legal certification. For binding legal advice, consult a licensed attorney.
1. Who we are
VendorTally ("we", "us") is a tool that helps booth vendors track events, expenses, and profitability. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your login credentials safe, and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use VendorTally.
3. Free trial and subscription
The free trial allows one fully-logged completed event. To create additional completed events, an active VendorTally Annual subscription is required ($49/year at the time of writing; current pricing is shown at checkout). Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Manage subscription; access continues through the end of the paid period.
4. Refunds
All sales are final. Subscription fees — including initial purchases and automatic renewals — are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Manage subscription to prevent future renewals; access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for. If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation), contact us at the email below and we will review the request.
5. Your data
The event, sales, expense, and profile data you enter belongs to you. We store it to run the service and show it back to you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the service; don't use it to store unlawful content; and don't try to access other users' data. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
7. Service “as is”
VendorTally is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Profitability figures, predictions, and calculator results are estimates to help you plan — they are not financial, tax, or business advice. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits or lost data.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and VendorTally agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kansas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date above and, when appropriate, by notifying you in-app or by email.
